1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ajee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ajee website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services available at https://ajee.app.
By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the ajee platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to the ajee platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. Underage gambling is illegal and is actively prevented by ajee through mandatory KYC age verification.

ajee conducts age and identity verification as part of the standard KYC (Know Your Customer) process, which is required before any withdrawal is processed. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposit balance will be returned to the payment method used, less any amounts already wagered.
3. Account Registration and Verification
Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the ajee platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or via different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, winnings may be voided, and funds may be withheld pending investigation.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. ajee is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP (one-time password) used for two-factor authentication. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ajee will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain password security.
KYC Documentation
Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to submit identity verification documents. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. KYC review is typically completed within one to four hours during BST business hours. All documents are stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Account Security
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP on your ajee account. In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately via live chat. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

Accounts found to be involved in fraudulent, suspicious, or illegal financial activity will be suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Bonus Offers and Promotions
ajee offers a range of bonus promotions to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions displayed at the point of opt-in, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
The standard welcome bonus for new ajee players is a 100% first deposit match up to ৳20,000. To qualify, the player must make a first deposit of at least ৳500 after completing account registration. The bonus is credited automatically upon confirmation of the qualifying deposit.
All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry period; unfulfilled bonuses expire and are removed from the account balance automatically.

ajee reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any player for any promotion at any time. Providing false information to claim a bonus constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure.
6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the ajee platform solely for its intended purpose — lawful personal entertainment through the gaming products offered. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:
- Registering more than one account on the ajee platform, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or sporting event available on ajee.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities. Any winnings obtained through a documented technical error will be voided.
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the platform to process funds of illegal origin.
- Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions imposed by ajee.
- Impersonating any other person, including using another player's account credentials.
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward ajee staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or modify any part of the ajee platform or its underlying software.
ajee employs automated fraud detection systems alongside manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, we reserve the right to take all available remedial action, including immediate account closure, withholding of account balances, and civil or criminal action as appropriate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ajee and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, even if ajee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ajee makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. In the event of unplanned downtime, live bets that cannot be settled due to a platform outage will be handled in accordance with the relevant sports or game rules applicable at the time.
Gambling inherently involves financial risk. By using the ajee platform, you acknowledge that you may lose money wagered. ajee is not responsible for any financial loss you incur as a result of your gaming activity. Platform Availability

8. Account Closure and Termination

- Your account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed by ajee due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Deposit balances may be withheld pending investigation where fraudulent activity is suspected. ajee will communicate the reason for closure to the account holder to the extent permissible under applicable law.
